One of the objectives of the Public Lands Foundation is to collect, publish and store information about the Bureau of Land Management and the people who helped establish management on the public lands of the West. This BLM HISTORY AND PEOPLE web page is a place where we publish short stories, anecdotes, personal recollections, photographs and information about the BLM and BLMers, past and present. We encourage people to write-up and send us these kinds of articles and photos that can be shared on this web page, and included into the PLF Archives. Send articles, photos and information to Glen Collins, PLF Archives Manager, either by mail to the PLF Archives, c/o, BLM National Training Center, 9828 N. 31st Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85051, or by e-mail to glendone@aol.com
This BLM HISTORY AND PEOPLE page is divided into the following sections: Photos of BLM People, Then and Now; Personal Recollections about Careers, People, Programs, Offices, etc.; News About People; Tributes and Awards; In Memorium; and Memorial Contributions.
