Undated.  It appears about 1930s (based on hair styles and dress) and is of the Federal Girls Club (of which Grazing Service employee Margaret Embleton was a member).  The back of the photo notes that the Club later changed its name to the Federal Women's Club.  The photo is tinted, a popular process of the period.
