Notes:
Roy was an US Navy veteran and after active duty stayed in the Naval Reserves, moved into the Army National Guard and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. After graduating from college with a BS in Wildlife, he went to work with the BLM as a Range Conservationist. During Roy's BLM career, he worked in several locations, including the WO. Roy became the BLM ID Salmon DM, in 1989, and retired in 1994.
