This year’s meeting will be held at the Little America Inn and Resort, 2800 West Lincolnway, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009. We have reserved a block of rooms at a rate of $119.00 for Deluxe Accommodations and $149.00 for Preferred Accommodations plus taxes (13% at present). Based upon availability, these rates are good from September 23 through September 27, 2023. The toll-free reservation number is 1-800-235-6396. Reservations must be made no later than August 25, 2023. Reservations requested after that date will be accepted based upon availability.
Check-in time starts at 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Guests arriving prior to 4:00 p.m. will be given access to accommodations as they become available.
