Lou spent His Early years with the GLO beginning in 02-08-1959 As Land Examiner in Los Angeles, CA. In 02-18-1961 he moved to Bakersfield, CA as a Land Examiner and moved again to Redding, CA 03-03-1963 again as a Land Examiner. On 08-29-1965 he transferred to the BLM DSC as a Realty Specialist and on 02-09-1981 he was promoted to WO as a Supervisory Natural Resources Specialist which later became Chief, Branch of Realty in the Division of Lands and Realty. Washington, D. C. On 06-28-1981 Lou became Chief of Tech Services at IDSO (Boise, ID) which was later changed to DSD Ops. Finally, Lou retired in 1985.
