Mike graduated, from NMSU, in 1975. He started his professional career with the BLM NM Roswell RA as a Wildlife Biologist/Surface Protection Specialist. Mike went on to be the AZ Yuma Area Manager, AZSO Branch Chief for Renewable Resources, AZ Phoenix DM/FM and the AZSO DSD for Resources retiring in 2011.
